Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship within 3 working days. however, in busy times (release days, sales etc) dispatch time may be longer.
We cannot and will not ship to PO box address.
We are not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
From date of dispatch, shipping usually takes 2-4 days within the united kingdom; 5 - days in eu; 8 - 12 days rest of the world. Please allow the noted time before contacting regarding the whereabouts of your order.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
You have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Return shipping must be paid by the sender and provide proof of postage.
Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
After we receive your damaged return, it is inspected by the dispatch team. Please include original packaging with the return. Once confirmation is completed, the return is processed into the warehouse and credit is issued using the same form of payment used for purchase. The normal process usually takes up to 7 working days to complete. No credits are issued for incomplete returns.
